HOW YOUR VISIT WORKS
- Check in at the front desk and receive your bride wristband.
- Everyone changes into the slippers we provide.
- A stylist helps you try on gowns during your 60-minute session.
- Found the one? Purchase on the spot and take it home the same day.

- 9:30 – 10:30 AM
- 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- 12:30 – 1:30 PM
- 2:00 – 3:00 PM
- 3:30 – 4:30 PM
- 5:00 – 6:00 PM

BOOKING & POLICIES
- All Sample Sale gowns are sold as-is and final sale — no returns, exchanges or refunds.
- $10 booking fee (non-refundable, not applied to your purchase)
- One bride per booking, up to 2 guests
- Guests may accompany the bride but cannot try on dresses
- Cancellations or time changes must be made at least 3 days before your booking ($10 cancellation fee)
- No cancellations or rescheduling within 3 days of your booking
- No-show fee: $50
- Arriving more than 15 minutes late will be treated as a cancellation
- Booking required, no walk-ins
- Gowns cannot be held
FAQ
How much are the gowns?
Most sale gowns are $799–$2,599; some below $700 and a few couture pieces above. Every gown is individually priced and marked in store.
Can I get my gown altered?
Yes. Our in-house alterations team can fit your gown, and all Sample Sale gowns get 20% off alterations.
How can I pay?
Debit, credit card and cash are all accepted. No credit card surcharge.
Can I walk in without booking?
No — booking required.
Walk-ins will not be accepted.
Can I change my booking time?
Only more than 3 days before your booking. Within 3 days, no changes or cancellations; a $50 no-show fee applies if you don't attend.
Can my guests try on dresses?
No, only the bride. Guests may accompany the bride for support.
Are sale dresses returnable?
No. All Sample Sale gowns are sold as-is and final sale — no returns, exchanges or refunds.
