- We process all orders within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification once your order is ready for pickup or has been shipped.
- To help us meet your needs and manage timelines, please share your wedding date when placing your order. This ensures we can prioritize accordingly.
- Kindly note that some items may have longer wait times if they’re made-to-order, on pre-order, or delayed due to postal service issues beyond our control.
- Thank you for your understanding! We're here to ensure everything arrives in time for your special day.

International Shipping
We are pleased to offer international shipping for orders outside of North America. Shipping fees will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout for your convenience.
Online Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email notification from us with a tracking link to monitor the status of your shipment.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@vimowedding.com with your name and order number. We’ll be happy to assist you in resolving the issue.
Customs & Duties
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes if shipped outside Canada. These charges are determined by your destination country and are the customer's responsibility.
It’s important to be aware of your local customs and tax requirements, as these fees must be paid to the courier company before receiving your order. Please note:
- Vimo Wedding is not responsible for any customs or tax charges applied to your order.
- Refunds will not be issued for refused shipments due to unpaid customs or tax fees.
- If the fee is unpaid, the shipment will be returned to us at customer's expense.
- Custom charges paid to receive your order are non-refundable, even if the item is returned.
We recommend checking with your local customs office to understand any potential fees before placing your order.
Redirecting an Order
If you need to make urgent changes to your order, please email us at info@vimowedding.com as soon as possible with your order number and the necessary changes. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Please note that we cannot make changes or cancellations once an order has been processed and dispatched, as it becomes the responsibility of the courier company.
To ensure a smooth delivery, kindly double-check your shipping address and all other details before completing your order. Vimo Wedding is not responsible for packages that are redirected or lost due to incorrect information provided at checkout.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. Kindly provide a valid residential or business address when placing your order to ensure successful delivery. Thank you for your understanding!
